We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:
- the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
Please note that all MASKS, pre loved, sale items and custom orders (either in custom size, custom colour or custom style) are considered final sale items and may not be returned.
Important note: If you've chosen the regular, untracked shipping method for your order, please understand that it is not our responsibility if you do not get your package. Please select the tracked shipping option at checkout if this concerns you.
Because we are still a very small company, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Please notify us before sending back your item with your order number, so that we know it's coming. As soon as we receive your item(s), you will be refunded.
If something has been mis-shipped by Canada Post, we'll need credible pictures or videos to show the damage or proof of mis-shipment during your return request. Once this has been verified, you can return the items with our authorization
All customers are responsible for customs/import duties & taxes.
